How does carnival bon voyage work

I wore it to work today LOVE it , but I'm thinking with the snowflakes that are falling outside that it is time to break out the winter coat. I really don't think I should wear it on my cruise next month it's on NCL:p. I wore it into a pizza shop the other day and a worker asked me if I worked for Carnival I told him no, but I like to sail on them It is definately a good conversation starter.
